With the help of the Almighty, 
To the Leaders of the Palestinian People in Gaza:
We, Jewish residents of the Holy Land who believe in G-d and His Torah, would like to take this opportunity to express our pain and sympathy for your suffering at the hands of the barbaric Zionist actions against your innocent men, women and children.
How false and deceitful it is when these evil men commit all their crimes in the name of the “Jewish people,” when according to the Torah their state has no right to exist at all! This is true for several reasons:
- Our holy Torah forbids us to establish an independent state and government for ourselves, since we are in exile by Divine decree. Rather, we are waiting for a Heavenly, supernatural redemption, without any human involvement.
- It is forbidden for us to rebel or wage wars against any nation; rather we are commanded by G-d to live peacefully and submissively under the various nations among which we live, seeking their peace and welfare. These are the guidelines by which our own community once lived in Palestine side-by-side with Arabs, under Arab rule, for hundreds of years. This peaceful coexistence was rudely interrupted by the warmongering Zionists; but even today, our only desire is to continue to live peacefully and submissively under Palestinian rule, and to seek your welfare.
- We are commanded in our holy Torah not to steal and not to murder, and to conduct ourselves with fairness, justice and honesty with all men, showing respect and kindness to all. This applies equally to Jews and non-Jews.
- Aside from all of the above, it is well-known that the Zionists and their leaders are total non-believers in G-d and the Torah. They have always used every means at their disposal to uproot Torah observance among the Jewish people. They have no right to represent themselves as Jews, since by their anti-Torah actions they have removed themselves from the Jewish people.
We therefore protest against their very existence, against their conquest of Palestine, against all their murders and terror, against their theft and persecution of the Palestinian people, depriving them of their rights – all of which is against the Torah and the Jewish religion.
We, believing Jews, are the enemies of the Zionists, and they are our enemies. There is no quarrel between Jews and Arabs; we have one common enemy, the Zionists. They use their conquest of Palestine to persecute religious Jews and Arabs alike, thus showing that not only do they have no connection to Torah or to the Jewish people – they have stepped out of the bounds of moral humanity as well.
We again express our true commiseration with the awful pain and suffering that has befallen the Palestinian people due to these human animals, and we recognize the Palestinian people as the only rightful authority to govern the Holy Land. We choose to live under their governance.
The Jewish people hopes and prays to the Creator of the world for a speedy end to the Zionist state, without bloodshed on either side. And we look forward to an end to Jewish and Arab suffering, and to the coming of the messiah, when we will see the fulfillment of the words of the prophet: “Nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore.”
