Palestinians and jews protest the recognition of Jerusalem as Israeli capital

About 1,000 people gathered to protest the U.S. unilateral recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel on December 16, 2017. While the protest starts, Marine One flies overhead. It was peaceful, but both Orthodox Jews and Palestinians stood in opposition to it. In the Middle East, there were violent protests, and at least one person was killed this week in the wake of the U.S. action. Protests were also held in Boston, MA.
