Historic Lecture on Arab-Jewish Relations Held at George Mason University

A beautiful and historic lecture was held on April 26, 2012, at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. The event, organized by Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) in Virginia, focused on “Arab-Jewish Relations Prior to the State of Israel.”

During the lecture, Dr. Fawzi Al-Asmar discussed Arab-Jewish relations and the beautiful peace and shared his personal experiences in the occupied territory. Following him, Rabbi Yisroel David Weiss spoke about the historical relationship between Jews and Arabs before the creation of the State of Israel. He emphasized that the current conflict began after the rise of Zionism, and he highlighted the differences between Judaism and Zionism.
