Protest Against the Sale of Palestinian Land Held in Flatbush

On Tuesday, November 19, 2024, a protest titled “Stop the Stone Land” took place in Flatbush. This demonstration was organized in response to a Zionist-hosted event selling stolen Palestinian land, a continuation of the ongoing ethnic cleansing that has displaced Palestinians for decades. Amid the horrific genocide in Gaza, which has persisted for over a year, righteous individuals and people of conscience gathered to voice their outrage and demand justice.

Anti-Zionist Jews joined the protest in solidarity with the Palestinian people, condemning the 76 years of occupation and clarifying that Zionism does not represent the Jewish people or the Jewish faith. Among the speakers was Rabbi David Feldman, who addressed Zionist youth waving Zionist flags in support of the event. Rabbi Feldman urged them to reject the Zionist brainwashing machine, to wake up to the truth, and to understand that Zionism is as destructive to the Jewish people as it is to the Palestinian people. He emphasized that Zionism poses a grave threat to Judaism itself and encouraged the youth to study Zionism critically and learn about the deep-rooted Jewish opposition to its ideology.

The protesters faced significant intimidation from Zionist attendees of the event. However, due to a strong police presence, attempts to harm the demonstrators were largely thwarted.

This protest served as a powerful reminder of the growing resistance to Zionist policies and the solidarity between anti-Zionist Jews and the Palestinian people in their shared struggle for justice and liberation.
