Hundreds of Thousands Gather for National Demonstration for Palestine in London

Hundreds of thousands gathered in London on Saturday, November 30, 2024, to attend the National Demonstration for Palestine, demanding an end to Israel’s genocide in Gaza, no interference in Lebanon, no attack on Iran, and the cessation of arms supplies to Israel. The protest began at Park Lane and marched to Whitehall, with a diverse crowd, including anti-Zionist Jews.

In videos circulating on social media, a young Jewish child was seen chanting, “Anti-Zionism is not anti-Semitism” and “Free, Free Palestine.” Another video showed protesters trampling on a picture of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, whom they referred to as a “baby killer.” The crowd also held signs explaining the Jewish opposition to Zionism.

The ongoing genocide in Gaza remains a central concern for the protesters, who expressed solidarity with the Jewish opposition to Zionism, highlighting the continued fight for Palestinian rights.
