On Sunday, January 12, 2025, activists gathered at Teaneck Municipal, NJ, to demand justice and to protest Israel’s bombing of hospitals in Gaza. The event was a powerful demonstration of solidarity, calling for the protection of healthcare workers in Gaza, including Dr. Husam Abu Safiya, chief of Kamal Adwan Hospital, who was recently abducted by occupation forces.
The protest brought together individuals from diverse backgrounds, including anti-Zionist Jews. Rabbi David Feldman of Neturei Karta delivered a poignant speech, emphasizing the clear distinction between Judaism and Zionism while condemning the ongoing atrocities in Gaza. “This is something that should wake up the rest of humanity,” said Rabbi Feldman in his speech.
