On Thursday, May 16, 2024, while Zionists gathered to celebrate Israel at Washington Square Park, New York City, anti-Zionist Jews stood in the park to protest such celebrations.
Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss explained, “When they come out to dance and celebrate this rebellion against the Almighty, we stand here to mourn and to express our pain on this celebration.”
